"We could not be happier with our entire experience with Homeway. From our initial walk through of the factory, throughout the design process, the customization process, the build, to the final cleaning- Homeway truly exceeds your expectations. I was a skeptic at first of how they could build a home so quickly. The factory tour and guidance of the team there helped me to see that it is their efficiency and skill that allows them to move quickly along the process. Unlike other builders we looked at- their processes and procedures in place not only guarantee a quick and efficient build- their safety and quality expectations were far above anywhere else. We were able to completely customize our home to our liking- all while staying IN BUDGET- without the 'surprise' additional costs we'd heard horror stories about while building. Homeway encouraged our family (kids too!) to come and be a part of the build along the entire way! We were encouraged to tour the factory as our home was being built, and we all came out together the day our house was 'set'! Never ever did I not feel a part of the process. Our home is gorgeous, the quality is incredible. So many times you hear people say once they've built a house that 'they'd never do that again.' Not with Homeway. I could do it again tomorrow.
