When you sign the initial contract that spells out the floorplan you’ve chosen for your home, the modifications to fit your needs and desires, including the amenities you chose at our Model Home Center, there isn’t much else for you to do. But it’s just the beginning of the build process for the professionals at Homeway Homes.
One of those professionals is the project manager who will be assigned to your home. This manager will guide you through the rest of the process, step by step. That includes getting all of the permits together for the project and having you sign the ones that require your signature.
The construction of the house itself is inside our Construction Facility in Deer Creek. There are many quality control checks along the way. This verifies every step is performed as expected to ensure the quality of the build, one house at a time.
The project manager then will make sure all of the site preparation work is being done for delivery of your new home, including the building of the basement, garage and sidewalks.
