Come tour one of our Model Home Centers!
If you have started thinking and dreaming about building your own home, we can help get you started at any of our three Model Home Centers.
At each center, Homeway Homes has constructed some of its most popular houses to give potential customers a good idea about the quality of the construction, the amount of space available and all the amenities one can find inside one of our homes.
For example, in the Goodfield Model Home Center at 140 E. Martin Drive you will find the Victoria, a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch of about 2,100 square feet that is filled with elegance and warmth. From the time you walk in the door of this house you feel at home by the way it lays out, an open floor plan that flows easily from one room to the next.
Next door is the Stonebrook, one of our most versatile floorplans. This house can be a two-bedroom, two-bath ranch or a four-bedroom, three-bath two story home. Either one is filled with options to meet the needs of your family, with an open floor plan perfect for entertaining.
Our New Home Consultants Bruce Leman and Rick Killday are on hand to give you tours and to help you get started planning your own Homeway Home. The Goodfield center is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call (309) 965-2312.
At our Model Home Center in Springfield, Brian Jones is standing by to show you two homes we’ve built there at 2561 Chuck Wagon Drive.
One is the Hamilton, a three-bedroom, two-bath home with an open floorplan that flows perfectly for entertaining, from the kitchen to the dining to the great room. The rear foyer has a drop zone and lockers to add to the need for storage as well as de-stressing and there is a flexible room for anything you’d like it to be.
Newly open this summer in Springfield will be the Sienna, the newest floorplan at Homeway Homes. It was the featured house at this year’s Spring Home Show at the Peoria Civic Center. This two-bedroom, two-bath house makes a great first impression with a grand arched doorway from the entry foyer that leads to an open floorplan that lends itself well to a gathering of friends and family.
The Springfield Model Home Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The number is (217) 546-6658.
Our Model Home Center in Galesburg is at 343 Home Boulevard also has two model homes and Mark Sweeney is there to guide you through them.
One is the Hawthorne, a house that is larger than you would expect from your first glance. This ranch boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms in more than 1,800 square feet. The expansive open layout blends each room well from the kitchen to the great room and the master suite just steps away has a deluxe master bath with a garden tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Any of the other bedrooms could easily be used as a flex room and the storage space is ample here.
The other house is the Prestige, a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch with more than 1,400 square feet. The spacious master suite, with private bathroom and large walk-in closet, is on the opposite end of the house to afford more privacy.
The Galesburg Center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and can be reached at (309) 343-6500.
Evening appointments are available at each location. For more information about our Model Home Centers click here.

At Homeway Homes we have long believed we are the best homebuilder in central Illinois. But that opinion means nothing if our customers don’t share it.
We recently learned they do!
Homeway Homes was named the Best of the Best for Home Builders in a contest sponsored by the Peoria Journal Star. It took the votes of our friends and customers to put us over the top and we are sure that would not have happened if we didn’t do the best job we could.
Thank you all for your faith in us and for voting for us. We couldn’t have done it without you! To learn more about Homeway Homes and how we build, click here.
Honoring loved ones!
May is a month in which we honor loved ones for what they mean to us. On May 8 we pay special tribute to Mothers everywhere. After all, what would a home be without Mom as the glue that keeps the family whole. We love you, Mom!
Later in May we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in our armed forces as well as our loved ones who have passed. Memorial Day is May 30; never forget those who helped shape our lives.
