Getting into better shape is a very common New Year’s resolution – and one that’s very easy to break. So how do you keep that commitment over the next 12 months?
3 Things You DON'T Need:
- Expensive Vitamin Supplements - People spend a lot of money on fat burners, muscle builders and other fitness-enhancing supplement. But aren't the fast track to success – they're the fast track to emptying your wallet. If you want to get in shape, you don't need pills and powders. All you need to do is eat real food (fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein, and healthy fats) and eat enough of it to support your activity level.
- High-Tech Gym Equipment - You don’t need a Peloton or any of those smart gym devices. Sure, they look cool but you can get just as good a workout on your own by doing daily walks, starting a running routine, doing yoga or pilates, and getting some basic home gym equipment like dumbbells.
- To Go to the Gym - Save the money you would spend on gym memberships (and stay safe at home) by creating your own home gym. With a few simple pieces of equipment and a good workout app, you could get fit in the comfort of your living room.
