On August 3rd, 2009, our family took possession of our Homeway Home with much joy and thankfulness! We are pleased beyond our expectations with our home and we have you and your dedicated, professional staff to thank for it!

Having lived the past 19 years of our marriage across the western United States in numerous apartments, tiny rental homes, a new stick-built home that was less than a dream-come-true, and an ancient trailer, we are thrilled to be living in our Homeway Home!

From the first visit I made to the Quincy office and spoke to Jeff Rocke, until the day we moved in, the process has been efficient and very enjoyable! A year ago we had no idea that a new home was even possible; let alone, one with such quality as the one we are now living in. Jeff Rocke was so helpful and straight-forward with us right from the beginning. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns immediately and with honesty. We knew right from the beginning that he cared about our needs and really wanted to see us build our dream home. It was great fun sitting with him and creating our home, step by step, the way we wanted it. With his helpful suggestions we were able to customize our home in ways that we might not have even thought of, and because of his creative ideas, we were able to make it even more special. He made us feel like family and we know he sincerely cares.

We loved the fact that we could visit your factory and tour the facility and see our home in its final two weeks of production. The tour we were given was superb- all of our questions were answered thoroughly and it was such a blessing to be able to actually touch our house and see how well it was being built from the floor up.

The contractors you use for the site excavating were fast, efficient and paid attention to detail. During the entire building process, Adam Reinbeck and his crew did outstanding work! Not only was it evident that they cared about the work they were performing, but they took personal pride in the final results. We also wish everyone building a home could have a project manager like Adam!

He is the undisputed best! If there was ever anything needing extra attention he was on it immediately. He took care of things that we hadn’t even thought of! For Adam, you know that it’s not ‘just a job’, but it’s his passion to make certain everything exceeds his customer’s desires. His perfectionism made certain that nothing was ever left undone or done in a sloppy way. We know that if we need something looked at we can call him and it will be taken care of without delay and it will be done right.

Needless to say, Homeway’s customer service is the best by far in the industry! We never knew building a home could be so much fun, so effortless, stress-free, and with quality results that far exceed expectations! And I haven’t even gotten to the part about how quickly you work! We need our home to be completed so that we could be moved in before my husband left for his overseas commitment and Homeway met its promise with over half a month to spare! We are delighted and so thankful!

We appreciate the fact that Homeway employs men of integrity and impeccable character to represent them. We can guarantee you that we are sharing our satisfying Homeway experience with our friends, family and anyone who wants to listen!
